I've never been able to figure out why women need to bleed into a toilet when their tampon should catch all the blood.

Answers:
They only bleed in the toilet when they are changing pads or tampons. Otherwise they let the feminine care absorb the blood.

well if they bleed heavily the tampon or pad may absorb the max. Or it is better to bleed into the toilet when changing pads or tampons.
