Im 22, in good shape and good health but i have spider veins on my legs, how can i get rid of them?

Hi I have spider veins on the back of my legs. im in good shape and good health. I exercise and eat pretty healthy. Does anyone know of any way to get rid of these veins, lessen their appearance or stop them from forming?
Thanks!

Answers:
when sitting, don't cross your legs, it cuts off the circulation

Medical proff say there is absolutally nothing you can do about that.
go to a dermatologist .
They need to be lasered or injected to get rid of them, or stop them from getting worse. No cream or anything else will take care of them.
I have observed that my veins flatten out when I do the Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana) in Yoga. It will help. Learn from a good teacher.
I am glad someone else does I am 22 and have the same thing, I have heard it helps to wear support hose but I can't wear those da*n things so I have been told the only option I have is to get them removed by a dr., I don't even think it costs too much, good luck
there is nothing you can do to get rid of these.
Varicose veins are hereditary. Sometimes you can get injections to lessen their appearance, but it's not a permanent solution. There is a new laser technique you can have done, but it's apparently very costly. Go to a place that advertises laser treatments for the face, laser hair removal, and services like that and ask them about your veins.
my mom has dat too..its usually got to be there wid pain associated in it- i dunno in ure case what it is - but do go to the doctor also try rubbing chinese balms and oils for pain relief on it. hope it getss better soon.
Sorry hun I don't think there is anything you can about that but good luck!
Try tanning. Mine are not so visible in the summer.
It's definitely hereditary and I'm afraid they'll come wether you want them or not. lol. I have those and have actually had a large varicose vein removed from my left leg (because it was extremely painful). Go see a vein specialist and see what they can do. But what I've noticed for myself--if you have to stand on your feet for more than a few hours every day, try wearing some support hose (not the most comfortable but worth it in the long run, trust me, b/c those spider veins were just the begining for me), and try to sit and put your feet up (at a 45 degree angle to your body--like sitting in a chair and putting your feet on your desk)--for 10-15 minutes. Don't cross your legs when you sit. And if you sit at a desk all day, get up every couple hours to walk around, but if you can't, simply flexing and pointing your feet will help work the muscles in your legs and help push the blood back upwards.
Go to a dermatologist.
