Do a little research on venereal diseases; that ought to cool your interest faster than a cold shower. There are a lot of scary things out there these days -- some that can kill you, have no cure and/or cause sterility!

read a book, do some chores, or do something just generally boring. on the other hand you could ride a roller coaster, jump on the bed, or do something generally exciting. either extreme seems to calm me down.
loook up aids and all the other sexually transmitted diseases and look at some of the ppl w/ pics who have all tht stuff oh yah ull kool off alright ull wanna stop compleatly
while ur a teen u cant do anythg abt it. play games might help. but sexual interest otherwise is good for health

low diet is better.
