Is it normal to have strong mood swings right after a menstrual cycle?
Everyone I know has their mood swings before their cycle (hence: pre-menstrual syndrome) but my mood swings always come a day or two after my cycle has ended. And they aren't any ordinary mood swings, either. They seem to be worse than anyone else's (of course that could just be my perception). Does this happen to anyone else, and if so how can I alleviate some of the aggravation?
Answers:
It's very possible that it's still hormone related. Take some vitamins formulated to support women's reproductive system and they will help. Exercise also if you are not active now will help a lot.
i want you to know this also happens to me and some of my friends and yes it is normal!
See your doctor, you may be experiencing hormonal imbalances which can affect your mood.
