Are you shaving down there? Or is it just pimples that have appeared for no reason? It could be ingrown hair (they can get infected and look like pimples) or it could be acne. You should see your doctor and get the right treatment.
You don't need cream for Planned Parenthood if you really have never had sex.

Honey, it probably isn't pimples. If they are large and alot of puss comes out...and often continues, it's probably an abcess. Which is like a giant zit. For the larger ones a doctor would cut it open, drain it, and then pack it with medicated gauze. It's not very fun, I know. I've had one. But...if they aren't too bad, a long hot soak in the tub will bring the infection to the surface and you can splice it yourself with a needle, get all the puss out, then get in the tub again and make sure you keep it clean and dry.
The warm water will make it feel good too.
