How come when I sqeeze my hands in a fist, I get weak?

It's unexplainable pain, not like a broken finger, but like a weakness kind of pain.

because you used up alot of energy and made alot of pressure. its either your too weak or too strong.

maybe your nails are digging into your skin.
I get the same thing, it either means your tired or your muscle is giving you a kinda sensation like thing your doctor can explain it better :) hope that helped.
