best place to do it is in a shower with sudsy soap on breast start from inner breast around nipple area with fingers flat in circular motion all around the breast even to outside under arms. check for lumps or anything abnormal.then look in mirror at breast look for any dimpling too.Then get your yearly breast examine from doctor, also mammogram.
