Is it weird or bad when people shave or nair their arms?
I really dont like the hair on my arms and i really want to nair it. But i've heard about so many problems with nair, the burning, the scars, the bleeding etc. I dont want to shave it cause then it grows back all wierd. And i dont have the money to keep going back and getting it waxed. What should i do?

The problem with Nair and shaving is that when the hair grows back it feels prickly and uncomfortable.
If don't like the look of the hair bleaching it with a product like the one listed below will help.
If it's a matter of thick hair, though, waxing would be better. Have it done at a reputable salon/day spa. The arms are not a tricky area so it should be pretty simple and not too expensive. And the hair will grow back *soft* and thin out eventually.
Ugh I hate nair too because of those reasons. Do try Veet it's a little more pricey but it doesn't give you all those horrible reactions.
hmm i think it's kinda creepy when people don't have arm hair.if it's really dark then try bleaching it, and if your arm hair is really long then just trim a little.
Bleach It. This way you don't see it.
Try a small area first before you go and do the whole arm.
I totally agree with you!
I shave and bleach my arm hair! (Depending on how rich i am when i think they need doing!)
If you are going to shave them be very careful not to cut yourself like i did the first time and now i have a scar to prove it!
Nair will tingle when you put it on but if it burns you might be allergic to it so do a small test patch first just to make sure you aren't!
I just use one of them electric razors where i put it on a certain level and it leaves it short. Iv'e done this for years and it does not grow back thicker.
I thik you should like your arms just the way you are , but bleaching or cutting a little is vry good idea!
Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
