can you tell me if i have my first sex contact will i break my hymen?
some girls told me that they broke the hymen the first time and other said that they broke it after they had sex several times.so what can i do not to break it the first time?

I doesn't hurt that much. Just use a condom, lubrication and birth control pills. If you can't obtain and use all those you're not ready for sex.

Ummm.. not have sex till you're ready. Like when you're an adult and can handle the adult responsibility of it.

But if it would make you feel any better most girls by the time they get to 15 have already torn their hymen through just everyday activities.
A more important question for you is why do you care? Do you not want it to hurt? Do you want to have sex and still technically be a 'virgin'?

You are worried about the wrong thing.You should be worried about pregnancy. Birth control is never 100% effective.

Probably broke with sports, etc. or if you've used a tampon. How about when you expored yourself with your finger(s)? If you have touched yourself, start. It feels good.
