Is it normal to have PMS for 2 weeks or more prior to your period?
Answers:
I don't think so. that would mean you'd only be normal for one week out of every month. Maybe you should have that examined.
No, that is just your normal, nasty personality. Don't blame PMS.
Are you on birth control pills? I found that I had PMS symptoms for weeks on end while on the low dose birth control pills.
No, that isn't good. I would talk to your doctor. Because it sounds more like your hormones are out of whack. They should be able to give you a pill to fix your mood swings.
I believe so, my start 3 Wks, I believe too, age has somethin to do with it. Watch what you eat also. The foods you crave for, are usually what makes the PMS worse.
It's not normal but it can happen.
It could be due to whacked up hormones or underlying health (including mental) conditions.
It is normal for people going through menopause.
ps- You can report that silly poster for abuse. I am going to do it too actually.
The cramping 2 weeks before your period is most likely ovulation cramping. Ovulation generally occurs 2-3 weeks before your period.
Yes!! I have it. It started out as one week but now it is two weeks. My doctor said that it is common especially as you get older. I noticed mine go to two weeks when I was around 26. I take medication for it because it seems like way too long to not feel like yourself.
it is normal, it is normal, it is normal :) don't worry. but if it happnes all the time, then you should go for the pill.
