Is it necessary a medical prescription to buy oral contraceptives in USA ?

Yes, especially because all medication has side effects and you should have a doctor explain them to you. Also the doctor will assess if you are a good candidate to take them.
yes you do, if you don't where you're from, why don't you get some extra there.tell your dr you'll be out of the country and need to have a bigger supply

You can go to Planned Parenthood and get it for free. They do ask for a donation (that is not mandatory- but very generous for their services)
