What else can be happening to me if i don't get my periods?

i took a pregnancy test and it was positive put is been 4 months and i have not get a pregnant stomach please help!!!

well Some women don't gain weight like others.Or you could be pregnant in your tubes.You need to go have a vaginal exam so they can see what is going on and how far along you are.You also need to be on prenatal vitamins for the baby.
