if I had a miscarriage at 12 wks and immediately got on birth control, is it possible that I can be sterile?

if you mean is it possible that you are unable to have kids even if you quit pills, than i dont think so, there is many cases of females who had even 3 misscarieges, used pills and later on had kids.
