Do i have an eating problem?
Answers:
If you want to eat and are having trouble eating you might need to get some blood work done to see if you have hormone issues or maybe a thyroid problem. You are in the healthy weight range for someone in your height even if it is borderline. I would definitely talk to my PCP. =)
Start out small by eating a small breakfast, lunch and dinner that has lots of protein and include high protein snacks between each meal like a carton of yogurt or a piece of string cheese. Just get in the frame of mind that it is breakfast time and I am going to eat at least one thing for breakfast. Do the same with lunch and dinner. You have to mentally tell yourself that it is mealtime and that it is now time to eat. If you only eat just a one piece of something at each meal that is fine. Once you get in the routine of making sure eat something at meals and have high protein snack between meals you won't feel tired and it will become automatic for you.
your at an healthy weight for your height but maybe for energy uou should think about eating a more balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg
i have that problem and i'm 5 feet and 94 pounds
From a person with an eating disorder, I would say that most likely you do not have one. Sounds like one of three things either you have a very busy life and forget to eat OR you have a high metabolism OR you have not learned to depend on food (depression, etc) like most people do, therefore they eat all the time. Just my opinion.
