How come a womens vagina lips can get real fat?

Vaginal lips - inner labia or outer labia - get swollen when aroused, as too does your clitoris, your vagina also stretches, it is all very similar to men's penises getting swollen when aroused – blood rushing to the genitals.
If you are talking in terms of vaginal lips getting fat before sexual arousal than simply we are all different, all our vagina's/vulva's are different, unique and beautiful in their own way. Just as some of us have fuller lips on our face, larger eyes, smaller noses, some people simply have larger vaginal lips than others.
It has something to do with the double x chromosome
