PMS is a major stress for many women (and their spouses)!
To get some relief take:
calcium-magnesium-zinc tablets 3 times daily with meals
Chaste Berry herb is recommended
Gamma linolenic acid has helped some women
A B50 complex tablet or good multivitamin may help
Vitamin E 400 iu twice daily has been studied
Licorice herb and gingko biloba have also helped some.

Absolutely. If you think you are having PMS, or that PMS is making daily stress even worse for you, then you should talk to your doctor. He/she can help.
Yes it sure does. The hormone swing just drops off and you feel like you're losing it.
Yes, because the hormones are unbalanced, causing emotions to run higher, including stress.
I am a mess the whole week before my period..I am moody, sad, depressed, angry.every emotion except happiness!
Yes! Believe me, PMS can make everything feel so much worse. Pregnancy has been the same for me, only worse! (So, you have that to look forward to, if you ever get pregnant).
Yes, it certainly can. If you're having problems with this, discuss it with your GYN doctor. Sometimes hormone therapy will help.
