Abnormal pains in lower abdomen?

I'm sexually active and recently i've had some dull pains in my lower abdomen..at one point they were so bad that i was bent over in pain. sometimes they aren't that bad but other times they're horrible. i'm constantly tired also, its like no matter how much i sleep i'm always tired the next day. my sister has had ovarian cysts before, could this possibly be whats going on with me?

It could be a number of things -- ovarian cysts, fibroids, endometrios, pelvid infammatory disease (PID), or it could be intestinal. If it continues, would suggest seeing a doctor.

I would go get checked out by a gyn. You could have pelvic imflammatory disease. something treatable - that if untreated could prevent you from having kids.

It could be a cyst on the ovaries, but it can also be a tubal pregnancy, that has happend to me before and it caused me sever pain...you should get it checked out before anything worse can happen.

I had this problem and it turned out to polycystic ovarian syndrome. You may or may not have that, but. see your gyn, this may be a warning of things to come.
