Answers:
If you have not bled and are not bleeding, than you did not have a miscarriage. A miscarriage indicates that a normal amount of blood and tissues were present in order for you to become pregnant, so a miscarriage would feel more or less like a period, only worse. A miscarriage is often accompanied by moderate to severe cramps, but the most important signal is the sheding of the uterine lining and zygote, in other words, an unusual period. Depending on how far along you are, it could be just a little worse than usual, or much worse, but it is always accompanied by a mass of bleeding if any blood occurs.
It is possible that you are just having some spotting, which can occur throught the month, or just prior to menstruation in many women.
You cannot pee out a pregnancy, no matter the stage. Your vagina is the path to your uterus, which is where pregnancy occurs. Your urethra is the tube from which you pee, which only goes to the kidneys. It is impossible to have "peed" out any form of a pregnancy. If you peed a chunk of blood, you likely passed a kidney stone. Kidney stones are often accompanied by severe abdominal cramps and can be very painful. Even if you did not pass a kidney stone, blood in the urine is not a good sign. Call your doctor and explain what happened, especially if it happens again.
I had the same thing happen to me several years ago. I was never sure I was pregnant, but looking back, I'm sure it was a miscarriage. I had no cramps. I believe it was too early into the pregnancy to develop labor pains.
