Why do I have my period again after having it two weeks ago and I'm on the pill??

That is called 'breakthrough bleeding'. You didn't say whether you have just started on the pill or have been on it awhile. There could be a few reasons for breakthrough bleeding. So we can't really definitely tell you why. Call your doctor, who can furhter examine you to determine the reason, and treat it.

your hormones are out of balance see your dr if it continues he may need to change your birth control
You don't say how long you've been on the pill, but it's not uncommon to have sporadic bleeding when you first go on them.
Your pills may not be strong enough for you. Make sure you take your pill everyday at the same time. Call your Gyn and make a appointment.
it could be the pill casing it to happen. my wife got on the patch and started bleeding bad it almost killed her. you might want to have your doctor check you iron levels to see if it is the pill
