Swollen feet.. how do I get rid of the swelling of my feet?

Answers:
You should go to your doctor and have your doctor look at your feet, also water pills can help with swollen feet. Avoid Salty foods and regular salt. salt causes you to have water retention.
Also soak your feet in Johnson's foot soap or Epsom salts. That may help. Elevate your feet above your heart to reduce swelling.

My doctor gave me a water pill.. they only swell in the summer.
go to the tub and put ur feet in icy cold water
When my feet swell it is because the fluids are not circulating well, so I go and get reflexology.
Elevate them above the level of your heart.
and Ice them down
why are they swelling. If you injured your foot, use a cold pack or something cold. If it is because of allergies, use benadryll. Otherwise, you might just have fat feet.
Cut down or eliminate your salt intake. Elevate when possible.
Swollen feet a caused by water retention. Lasix (Furosemide) can solve this problem, it is what is known as a water pill but you should find out what causes it, by seeing a doctor he can tell you.
Yes I agree with some of these answers. Lower your salt intake, elevate them when possible at heart level, relax your feet in a bin of cool water; Also I think stockings something like a knee high, is good for it, but not too sure on that one.
