I have a pain in my chest, what could it be?

.It's a solid pain going in a diagonal line from my throat (left side of my neck) to my right brest. Im 21 years old. It started about 2 hrs ago.

It feels like a muscle, could it be a pulled muscle or something more serious?

if it feels like a muscle, it probably is a muscle, especially at your age.
if it gets much worse, doesn't get better in several hours, or you have any accessory symptoms, trouble breathing, a deeper more crushing pain etc. then go get yourself checked out

It's probably a muscle thing. Take some Ibuprofen and put a heating pad on it and it should go away. I was having problems with some chest pains and they turned out to be heartburn though.
most likey the pulled muscle is correct . if it continues or worsens seek medical attention , i'm almost positive it isnt of a cardiac nature.
