is that a heart related problem/?
when u get headache, leg pain, upper back ache, chest pain and tired all at once? is these r the signs of heart related problem? I am in my late 20's

Could be heart, anxiety, migraine and so on. See a doctor, can never be too careful when it comes to something that could be life threatening.

It could be heart I guess, but then, it could be stress related. In any event, I would see a Dr asap.
Do you have any medical problems/issues? If you are not getting enough oxygen to all parts of the body this can lead to some of your symptoms. Have some lab work pulled and get a baseline of where you are currently at and if you do not feel better than your doctor will know what to do from there. Hope you start feeling better!!
Could be anxiety or nerves or nerve damage in neck and or lower back sorry same here.
The symptoms you are describing sound a lot like the onset of a viral illness - like influenza..not a heart-related problem.
