ive been having this dream almost every day. well i had left my dads house about 4 months ago. i left to go live w/ my aunt On my moms side. i had been w/my boyfriend for a year and 2 months.I stayed in my aunts house for about to months and then got married w/my boyfriend and moved in w/ him, MY DAD STOPPED TALKING TO ME BECAUSE HE SAID THAT, THAT WAS A DISCRACE TO HIM. I DONT THINK that it was because i made the choice of getting married first AND then MOVING IN W/Him. Well here goes the DREAM: i keep on dreaming that im still MARRIED but im LIVING AT MY DADS HOUSE AND I CANT LEAVE..WHAT DOES IT MEAN..(iM 19YRS.OLD)

I am sorry to hear this. You need to focus on yourself and doing what is best for you. You could write a letter to your father just saying that you love him and miss him and that you will always be there when he is ready to talk to you. Do not accuse or demand but just state that you can live your life without him but that you would rather have him in your life. One other thing to remember is that women really seem to grow and change when they get into their mid twenties. I think it has something to do with the fact that so many of us live our lives for everyone else and then we realize we are our own person and can live our own life. You need to take care of yourself first and then you can be the best person, friend, wife and daughter you are able to be. If those around you including your father cannot value you it is their loss.
Dreams are often a manifestation of our deepest fears or regrets. It seems like it is time to have a nice long talk with your Dad and see if you can repair the relationship. In your daily life you might not feel that sad about what's going on with your Dad, but it's definately bothering you at a deep level. It's sad when parents stop talking to their kids, I hope you can fix things. Maybe even trying to fix things will stop the dream. I hope your Dad will listen to you and start talking to you again, good luck.
P.S. - It also sounds like your Dad likes to be in control, maybe one of your fears is that your Dad can control you, that would explain why it comes out in your dream that you can't leave his house.
half the time when u have dreams it is the things that scare u the most bc u dont know what they mean but ill tell u ur imagination makes up stuff to compinsate for the emptiness in ur thoughts while ur asleep but think bout this if u know it is just a dream just make it ur dream and in ur dream u can do anything that u imagine but neways good luck
I think it means that you want to be married and still be daddys girl.You need to sit down and talk to him because he obviously upset,hurt because you left the house and got married, so what you've been with you man for 2 years. your father is probebly mad because you didn't take the time out to tell yr dad that you wanted to get married ...thats a huge thing for me at least,so good luck and remember, you only have ONE Father respect him and try to understand where he's coming from.. HE LOVES YOU!
