What helps you during your 'lady week'?

For those wanting to know, 'lady week' is code for 'menstruation'.

What helps with the mood swings and pain? I've toped up on paracetemol but does chocolate help? Do you treat yourself to ease the suffering? Why do men have it so easy!?

Answers:
Excercise really can help, Midol, heat pads, and yes - chocolate! I think that week should be an excuse for us to eat whatever we want and *try* not to feel guilty about it. haha.


chocolate! it works like magic for me, but do not eat too much or you will have different kind of problem :)
As hard as it is to get motivated, exercise really helps me! Midol is a godsend as well, lol.
