seriously! Everytime you get asked something like "wanna eat?"
or "another helping?" or "how about some.", all you need to do is turn your head from one side to the other, maybe twice.

it works wonders. for people of all age, ethnicity etc.
And it works all the time.

Best thing is you dont need to count calories any more once you start this excercise!

I read somewhere in an Old Muscle & Fitness Mag that Skip Rope for 30 minutes burns around 500 calories.

That's more calories burned compared to basketball, cycling, and jogging in the same time.
