Does wearing a bra at night stunt breast growth?
some of my friends said it was true so I wanted to find out

It actually helps support them while they develop and if your comfy sleeping in it thats fine, if not its also fine to go without it.
I've never heard that. But I have heard it's bad to wear one at night because it inhibits circulation.so, it could possibly stunt growth.

No, it isn't true. I wear one at night all the time. Some can be uncomfortable, but it does not stunt growth. Some models where them to keep them "perky" because they are chest models for some clothing.

You wear a bra about 12-16 hours each day, right?
What would wearing one 8-10 hours while you sleep make a difference when you wear one everyday for over 7 hours at a time?
probably not. It does mess with lymph and blood flow so its not healthy though. Annoying to partners too if and when you have them.
I don't know about that..but I know that sleeping with a bra on is way uncomfortable.let those babies breathe

No wearing a bra at night doesn't stunt growth. I should know - I am 31yrs old and have wear a 36C. I wear a bra every night and there is no negative results to doing this. In fact - I have noticed I am firmer and have less sagging than any of my friends - including friends that are 5-10 years younger than I am.
No it do not stunt your growth.it can not with all of these breast that i have.i wish the hell it did.i needed to be stunt.

hey hun...tell your friends to do a little more checking up on tha topic before they try to spout their "facts" to ya hun.i can tell ya thats definatly not true cause if it was then we would have never formed boobs due to training bras! i have also discoverd after havin' a kid and beein' on the bigger chested side that wearin' a supportive bra ta bed does (like many others have said) help fight off gravity..just make sure you don't wear the ones with wire in em ta bed..them things can make you soar when you get up lol..love daisy

Any night you atr unlikely going to have intercourse you can wear a bra. For men to fondle your boobs and perhaps he liked to suck this bra comes against his smooth job. There are no hard and fast rule for this.
