How can i use a tampoon without difficulty.WOMENS ONLY?

i have tried using tampoon and i cant seemed to put it right .Can some women give some tip

I've been using tampons for over 10 years, and sometimes I still put them in wrong, so don't worry. Be sure to use the size that is best for your flow. Plastic applicators are better, but if you use cardboard, wet the applicator or put a little Vaseline on it so it slides in easier. Then just put it in until it feels comfortable. If it doesn't feel comfortable, don't dispense the actual tampon yet. Keep re inserting it until it feels comfortable.

use a mirror until you feel comfertable and know you can do it right.
likely your hymen is stopping it from going in right, so dont try to use them , stick with the pad
try to put them in right after you pee. it's gross, but it works!

Stand up put one foot on the toilet seat and try. Make sure you are using a small enough size (not super) Tampax makes teen sizes. Also, you can try putting a little KY jelly on the tampon to help insertion.
