Your body is not producing hormones to promote the release of your egg. However, maybe your doctor should consider hormone therapy to regulate your system. Or maybe you are going through menopause> How old are you?
If I were you, I would indeed NOT take hormone pills. They have lots of side effects. Plus, losing weight in itself will not only help your cycle; but help you feel better also!!

I feel for you... as losing weight is DIFFICULT. Though, how many times you have probably felt "left out" of a lot of activities because of your weight. (if, of course; you are A LOT overweight??) Obviously, I don't know!! And I'm sure not one to talk about weight loss. I am having difficulty in that area, too!

ALSO: are you aware that there are some NATURAL things you can do to help with regulating your cycle & relieving cramping & bloating?? Such as: eat cinnamon (lots of cinnamon), take vitamin E, & take vitamin D (or drink at least 4 (8 oz) glasses of milk per day. It does indeed help! (but not everybody) However, it could be worth TRYING?? I have tried it & it works very well for me. It is just better, I think; to TRY that combination FIRST?? (my opinion)

Good Luck!
