HELP? Pain in my Breast...?

This is a serious question. There is a non-stop pain in my nipples. They always feel sore and painful, even worse when I touch them or bump into something.

What is wrong?

not to scare you but anytime we notice a change in our bodies we need to go to a doctor my sister ignored a pain in her breast for months only to give in and go to the doctor she has breast cancer that has moved to her bones as well so just to be careful go to your doctor nothing you learn on here is going to give you the peace of mind that a trip to the doc will and please remind any woman you know to have a mamogram at 40 and 1 every year without fail the life they save might be their own

How long has this been going on? Have you had any type of breast surgery lately?
Did you miss your period? are you pregnant?
I really don't know you should go to a doctor.
You need to go see your Ob/gyn or general practitioner at the very least. It could be a side effect of birth control or a number of other medications. It could also be due to hormonal fluctuations, PMS, or it could indicate that you are ovulating. Either way, you should see a doctor just to be safe. I hope it gets better for you!
Could be the material of your bra's just irritating them. not that I know much about bras.Just a thought though.
medication, new vitamins, injure yourself recently, change in diet or exercise routine, drinking more alcohol or caffeine

are you pregnant or getting ready to start your period? caffine and smoking before your period will give you painful nipples and so will pregnancy also you may have a disease called fibrocystic breast disease its benign cysts in your breasts that pop and it makes the nipples very tender and painful a lot of women have it and live with it as it is not cancer. do not have chocolate caffine nicotine 3 days before you start your period after you start your breasts and nipples arent so sore
99 % you are pregnant. I have the same problem and i am sure that i am pregnant..
well that's GROSS but you might have brast cancer and the way you can get it is if people have been hitting you on your breast see a doctor
