Unable to urinate?? At 14 weeks pregnant..?

Every morning when i get up and have a horrible urge to relieve myself I can't go for hours. And if I do it just slowly dribbles out a little but never empties.. a few hours later I can usually go normally but this is the 3rd morning it has happened. Once it happened in the evening also. it doesn't hurt or burn when i go but my back has been very achy especially while sitting or lying down. please help..
