My friend wants to use Stimerex - ES fat Burning tablets?

I know exercise is the best thing for losing weight but I'd just like to know if anyone has taken them and what effect they have?

hey hun..i haven't tried that particular type of diet pill but i did try that Hyrdoxycut stuff in my hay day and i can tell you it didn't do a darn thing!..i watched what i ate, exercised 6 days a week and the weight never came off any faster..the truth is our bodies know how to take the weight off all on it's own at the safest and best time frame suited for us.all we have to do is eat in moderation and exercise..if you can please talk your friend into loosing weight naturally if she/ he can..you know your heart is the only muscle that never gets to rest and all diet pills effect the heart more then any thing.so it needs to be takin' care of.and worked naturally by exercise not revved up then slown down by diet pills..then your liver has to try and filter out the poisons because they are not natural to your body there for causing it to focus less on maintaining the body's natural function.tell er' to try and do it on her own.she'll feel a lot prouder of her accomplishments knowin' that no pill or powder can try and claim what she has worked so hard to achieve.love daisy

I haven't but if they try them and it is worthless,tell them to work-out in the morning before they eat anything at all,That way they burn fat and not the food they just ate.Good luck.And May God Bless You. P.S. And their body has already fasted for 8 hrs. or more.
personally i would not touch it at all, none of it works and it can also be harmfull to your body, so please keep away from it, or if it is 4 ya friend, then tell her not to
