No Period for 2 months?
My Gf, Has not had a period in 2 months. We both lost our virginity to one another a few weeks ago and I beleive this may be a reason for this months (my friend did not have her period the month after losing her virginity).
she does diet, so I dunno if that is a reason. Yes we did use protection and I did not finish up on her so I cannot see how she could possibley be pregnant. We have only ever had sex once
Is it normal for an 18 year old to go through this. She is a bit scared and is going to see the doctor about it.
Answers:
HELLO DADDY!
could be pregy
It's not normal. Just because you didn't finish, doesn't mean she couldn't get pregnant. Sperm can hide out and be ejected with preseminal fluid. I'd have her get a test just to be safe.
it only takes one time better have her see her doctor she might be pregnant!
um it should be ok tell her it could be stress also
No, it's not normal, and good that she is going to a doctor.
It is possible to get pregnant even if you are really careful, but other things can cause a girl to miss a menses, such as dieting, heavy exercise, stress or illness / injury.
Good luck, and keep up with the safe sex. That's a good way to start and a good way to stay.
Ahhhh, another addition to our over populated world.
When you're 18, your body is still trying to figure out what works best for you, and if she's dieting that may well be the exacerbating this cause. Make sure she's eating plenty of iron-rich foods like spinach or brocolli, just so she can be sure it's not iron deficiency.
It's unlikely to be anything to do with losing her virginity. You sound as though you've been sensible together (well done!) but accidents can happen however safe you've been so do get her a pregnancy test. If it continues, get her to see a doctor, there are numerous little things that can go a little wrong with this complicated area, but these are rarely serious, just a little unnerving.
Just to put her mind at rest - the more she worries about it, the more likely she is to miss one or be late. So don't worry about it!
