First on your English I would like to let you know that I think you did very good at explaining yourself.
Now, in relation to what I have found effective for helping my acne besides taking the birth control pill is that of taking a multi-vitamin. My multi-vitamin is that of a prenatal vitamin that I can buy over the counter (I'm in the U.S.). I did check with my dr to make sure that it was safe for me to do and she said it was.
I don't know how it is set up with prenatal vitamins in your country but taking a multi-vitamin such as those that are designed for skin and hair might be another option for you.
If you are interested in trying this if it is allowed in your country for non-pregnant women to take ask your dermatologist if it is safe for you to take them.
Proactive seemed to work for me.
But it all really depends on how sensative your skin it.
I would check with a dermatologist. She/He could actually give you a prescription treatment for your problem.
I guess u could try cetaphil cause it works for me. Good luck``
Soak cotton wool in mint juice, and apply every day. Mix cinnamon powder with lime juice to make a fine paste, Apply on pimples. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/... for more useful info.
proactive really worked for me. but it took about 2 months or so to get it in my system and working. it really depends on the person though because not everything works for everyone! good luck
