Chest twitches/fluttering.wha. is this?
For the past few days I've had this annoying twitching, almost like a fluttering feeling on the left side of my chest directly below my left breast. Its very sporatic, sometimes every few minutes, sometimes its every 30 seconds, and lasts only a few seconds. Any idea what this is?

I get that occasionally & I believe it's a small muscle spasm. But it doesn't happen to me as often as you have described. Do you jog or excersize alot?
It could mean a lot of things in medical perspective. Go see a real doctor and not be advised by anyone here at answers.
sometimes certain medications can cause this kind of reaction
especially if u r taking diet pills when this flutter happens again
drink a cold glass of water and sit down and relax
on the positive side, it might just be a muscle spasm, like a twitch.
Could be a stress reaction.
Could be tight muscles around the lungs. Lots of possibilities.
But it could be a serious (early) heart something. Like palpitations or tachycardia. I'm not an MD. Talk to someone who is, soon.
