Weight loss and abortion have nothing to do with each other. Abortions are done by either numbing the cervix and dilating it then using suction to remove the fetus which causes cramping and bleeding or by inducing labor with medication which also causes cramping (more severe) and bleeding.
Abortions don't hurt, but if you are not knocked out during the procedure, the sound of what goes on may traumatize you for life. And I don't know about the weight thing, just eat good and exercise, and it's your decision to do what's right for you, don't listen to these people that will post their beliefs and say that abortion is murder, it's your life, and they have no idea what it's like to go through something like this.
