If you're drinking caffeine alot during the day that causes your bladder to spasm even if it's hours later. My mom (she's 60) and I both had the same issue and just making sure that we cut down on the caffeine helped alot. But one thing you also need to check is your blood sugar. This is how my mom's diabetes first starting showing symptoms. (Hope that's not it though!)

Talk to your Dr. Urinanry urgency and frequency are signs that something could be wrong with your blood sugar.
It's age Sweety I'll be 52 next month and I have the same problem as we get older our bladders can't hold as much. (Ok it ain't sceintifically based but it's as close as ya can get!)

It has nothing to do with age. There are many reasons this could be happening. I wouldn't try and guess as to the reason. See your family doctor. If a referral is needed, he/she can give you one. Good luck ! :)
Talk to your doctor, they have medication now for over active bladder.
You mean gas trouble.
Try to sleep at 23:00 at night and avoid day sleeping.
Avoid potatoes, peas and grams. Drink warm water.
If you mean excess urination avoid rice, cucumber or foods containing more water contents.Eat solid foods and a little warm water at night. In growing age urine is frequent.
You didn't say how long you have done this. Do you go that frequently throughout the day? If you do, you may just have a small bladder. If the problem has occurred suddenly, you may have some type of an infection. If it was a gradual change over time, I think it may have to do with age. Go to your doctor and find out what is going on. He/she can help if it is an infection, for sure, and possibly if it is age.
