Symptoms of pregnancy are usually a result of the hormonal changes and would be the same as for someone who has not had a tubal ligation. These would include absent/ scanty period. Positive pregnancy test. Nausea, tiredness. Breast enlargement and tenderness. Frequent urination.
Other symptoms can result from the position of the pregnancy, a pregnancy which implants outside the uterus can cause pain and unusual bleeding.
It is rare to become pregnant after sterilisation, but it does happen
