Practical joke gone wrong?

So the other day I thought I'd play a little joke on the wife, I put a tiny bit of super-glue on each of her nipples while she slept, just to see what would stick to them. Well, I didn't think about the fact that she would probably breast-feed our 3 week old son after she got up, and that's exactly what she did. Anyhow, now the baby's mouth is stuck to her left nipple. What should I do? She's really mad.
