What is the best medicine when you are sick?

I am sick today, I have a slight fever and runny nose.

Answers:
Some good Antibiotic & Analgesics.

dayquil during the day and nyquil at night. Nothing beats a good shot of that stuff to knock you out and get some rest
rest, fluids, chicken soup, TLC
Campbells chicken soup..the salt is good for you and the warmth will make you feel better...eat a few saltines with it. :) Remember too..laughter is the best medicine :)

i think that medicine of every sickness is "love" it can be mother-love or wife-love. somebody can't be cured by medicine but by love hence love is the best medicine.
Theraflu cold and cough (or store generic equivalent) is my miracle drug for those symptoms. Can't live without it!
Rest & fluids.
Tylenol for the fever.
Sudafed or other antihistimine for the runny nose.
Sleep it off I say and sweat the fever out of you. A runny nose wont kill you that is unless you are a guy then it could be MAN FLU lol
