BE VERY CAREFUL when using diet pills or drinks. If you read the fine print on commercials or ads, you'll see that the people who lost all that weight were also on a regimen or strict diet and exercise. The problem with diet pills is that they mess with your metabolism (usually because they contain HUGE amounts of caffeine) so they may help you lose weight, but you'll gain it all back -- with interest -- once you stop taking the pills. Diet pills that contain ephedra can be LETHAL for teenagers, people with heart conditions, or people with high blood pressure. All in all, diet pills are NOT a good method to use if you want to lose weight/fat and keep it off. Changing your eating habits and exercising are best -- they'll take longer, but you'll make permanent changes that will make your chances of keeping the extra weight off EXCELLENT.
P.S.: I lost over 20 pounds in four weeks (and a few inches off my waistline) on The Abs Diet. It's a common-sense approach to eating and exercising that doesn't require you to count calories, prepare exotic meals, or give up entire food groups. It's also 100% safe, and best of all you don't have to give up everything you love -- you're allowed one "cheat meal" per week and you're even allowed to have dessert a couple of times a week. You can find the book at any major book store, and it's hard to miss -- the cover is bright orange. It's worth a look.
