(girls only plz) how do you tell your mom that you started your cycle?

when i started i used old bulky pads. not very comfy..my mom just figured it out by taking out the trash. she bought me good quality ones without asking or telling me. it was a quiet situation. then she started bugging me about using a calendar to track the days! hehe.

if she doesn't find out on her own, just say. the next time you are going to the store, can you pick up some pads? i think she'll figure out that you have started by that.

Just come out and tell her. She knows what's going on and she knew you would start someday. She won't be shocked.

First check if theirs any guys around and if shes alone and not that busy tell her you started your period and she'll let you know where the tampons or pads are. Its that simple..Shes a girl and shes been on it before and probably still on it. Don't worry..Its not that much of a biggie anyways to her.
