How do you tell the difference between a headache and a migraine?

Answers:
A migraine is much more severe. Migraines cause sensitivity to light, heat and noise. You just want to lay down in a cool, quiet, dark room and go to sleep until the pain stops.

If you have to ask, you have a headache.
Migraines are felt with more then just the pain. It is sensitivity to everything. Everything irritates me when I use do get migraines. Light, sounds, people, movement, even walking hurt. They make you real tired.
check www.webmd.com but im pretty sure that a migrane is on one side of your head , while a headace can be all over
Everything they said plus nausea or vomiting.it's DEFINITELY distinguishable from a headache.

I agree with the other answers . if you have to ask . sensitivity .

I used to get migraines when I lived in smoggy Los Angeles County and also when I lived in the Naugatuck Valley in CT, on smoggy days.

Try moving and cut back on cleaning. I definitely believe my migraines were largely caused by smog and the products I used for cleaning the bathroom

I haven't had any migraines for about 25 years.

I hope you will find relief..
