If its not MS what could it be??

I have a problem where I get the tingly numb all over my body. Its not persistant. I can go two hours to two months before it comes back. I have had MRI's out the butt but no sign of MS, thankfully. The numbness can start anywhere on my body at anytime. It usually travles from one part to the whole body. I also have miagrains (yes i cant spell deal with it.). Im not sure if this has anything to do with it. My doctors are stumped and so am I. If anyone can give me ideas or suggestions for me, please let me know.

Also we have ruled out the following::
thiroid (donno if thats spelled right or not)
sugar
being over weight.
Vit. B

You may have a damaged nerve. My leg fell asleep once for about 3 months and I had a damaged perinnial nerve-the one that runs up and down your leg and makes your foot work. Check into that. And you could also see a specalist for your headaches. I've only had one migrane and it was a doocey. I found out that there a different types of migranes depending on intensity and frequency. Look some stuff up at webmd.com and stick w/ it. If you don't start getting some answers see a different doc. Any good doc wouldn't object.

What type of doctor are you seeing? Have you gone to the neurologist? Do you have to have brain leasons for an MS diagnosis? My understanding of MS diagnosis that is a diagnosis where everything else can is ruled out and that's the only thing left.
