So what is my solution?

So I said that If I go fo a mile jog, I start getting cramps as if I am having my period, and then I feel like I am about to through up. I don't eat before jogging and I know I am not dehgerated. What should I do to make these cramps stop? Please Help!

Answers:
Try eating and then wait a little b4 jogging, and always stretch out too.
