Hey i wanna tone up a lil more are there certain foods i need to eat or how much should i work out.?
i'm 5'2 i weigh 112 lbs i wanna tone up more how much weights should i lift in the gym or what food should i eat more of?

Simple toning starts with you. Tone doesn't mean go to the Gym and lift all these heavy weights or spend hours dancing to a workout tape. Toning is simple, Find a nice decent comfortable weight (remember heavy weights build muscles light weight defines muscles) And do simple 3 sets reps of 10. 30 mins a day with a day of rest or working something else every other day. In order for you to see results the muscles have to have rest and dont forget to stay hydrated. A nice 15 to 20lbs weight will be great for your frame to tone what you have.

Most bodybuilders will limit their carbs progressively in order to shrink the cells around the muscles. You will also have to lower the weight of what you lift, at the same time you will need to pump longer and faster.
