Since you are well endowed in that department, I would recommend that you go get fitted. Getting the proper fitting bra can make a world of difference. Especially if you are busty. You can go to a bra store or a store that specializes in this and be measured. They have bras that minimize if that's what you want. But, you really need a good supportive bra. Also, to get fitted, it is usually free. I wear the underwire bras. I like them. Some people don't. But, they do make supportive bras with out the underwire. Good Luck.

i have the same problem. and it looks weird because i weigh like 138 pounds. i go to victorias secret and get push up bras and support bras that hold them up, and when i take my bra off they dont sag as bad. i tried losing weight and they only sag more. the only other option i know of is surgery.
I'm not as well endowed as you. There is not a lot you can do about it but exercising the pectoral muscles will provide some 'lift' to the area. Push ups or doing 'flys' on a weight bench with 3-5 lb weights would help.
theres nothing you can really do if a man dosnt want you because of your saggy boobs then he didnt want you at all to begin with. you have to love your self before anyone else can love you. You determine what they see in you dont tell them something stupid. Its either they love you or they hate you oh well you cant do anything about that just love your self then everyone else will.

Plastic surgury - this is a pretty drastic and painful process, plus you may lose any sensations. If your boyfriend/mate is pushing you to this, he is pretty shallow in my opinion. If your large boobs are causing back problems, then a reduction is a valid reason for this option.
