works well for me when i just eat a lot of small snacks instead of 2 or 3 big meals during the day - and no white flour at all, it's worse than fat. and never skip breakfast.
i sometimes also lose weight partying straight for a few days. it really does burn fat. =P
balanced meals, healthy snacks, lots of water, exercise, watch your portions. Nothing wrong with eating a cookie or two but not the whole bag.
