Im 5'3" and weigh about 120. Thats around what you SHOULD weigh, but the media seems to say otherwise
120-130lbs and that's considered under weight according to my doctor..
as a healthy standpoint it would vary. if you're jacked with muscles i'd say you're pretty healthy, but you'd also weigh alot.
if you're looking to be the next eva longoria, i'd be surprised if that chick weighed more than 110lbs.
Go here to find a general guideline. If you have lots of muscle, you can easily be at the top end of the range and still be at a perfectly healthy weight. If you have almost no muscle, you should be closer to the bottom end of the range.
