Give it a try, and keep up the sex.
Do you mean PCOS? Poly-cystic Ovary Syndrome?

This is a common problem. You should work with your doctor to determine if you are ovulating, and if not, look at answers to that problem. I have PCOS, and with low dose of Clomid, was able to get pregnant. Now, I am ovulating independently, but will need to take progesterone pills when I get pregnant again, to ensure there's enough to maintain the pregnancy.

The easiest way to determine ovulation is to start on the first day of your period, and take your basal body temperature before getting out of bed in the morning. You will notice a jump of about 0.5 degrees when you ovulate, usually midway between periods. You will need to time intercourse to coincide with ovulation, if you figure that you ovulate 2 weeks after your period, on average, then plan on a busy weekend ;)

Good luck!
