Which is the best maxi pad to use?
I use Always with wings.But my period still gets on my panties once in a while.

I like the 4 wall protection kind. the problem with the wings is that it makes the mess go around the pantie. they are not a good idea or at leat they don't work for me.

If always has overnites those are good they are kind of bulky feeling though really any brand thats overnites work well. Good Luck
You must get your menstruation heavy like me, Use pantie liners in your panties then put the always with wings. As for me i use tampons and the always because my period is heavy and i leak through without it.
ialsohave a heavy period too but i use stayfree maxi for overnite but it doesnt matter if you use them in the day i do that even though i m 11.
Always with wings, or even a pad designed for maximum protection. Perhaps you are not changing your pad as often as you should. If you are overflowing into your panties.
